As a Vendor, you gain a unique platform to showcase and promote your carefully curated collection of sports cards, TCGs, and other collectible items. The Polish Card Show will bring together passionate collectors and enthusiasts from all over Poland and Europe, giving you an incredible opportunity to reach collectors from every corner!
We take immense pride in fostering a sense of community during our event. We encourage interaction among vendors, clients, and participants to cultivate lasting bonds within the world of collectible cards.
Exhibitors aren’t just professional stores or businesses; anyone can become a Vendor! Any collector who wants to showcase their cards and memorabilia to all attendees, as well as trade and sell treasures from their collection, is welcome to join.
Each vendor will have access to a table and 2 chairs, as well as the opportunity for early entry to the show to set up their booth along with 1 accompanying person.

The cost of an exhibitor booth is 349 PLN. The price includes one table (160 × 80 cm), two chairs, and entry for one accompanying person.
Each additional table costs 200 PLN per unit.
‼️The listed prices include participation for two full days of the event – August 22 and 23.
‼️In the first round, we accept applications only from exhibitors who declare participation for both days of the event.
➡️ There is no need to dismantle your booth between event days – all exhibitors who declare two-day participation are expected to be present on both days. The venue will be closed overnight and secured.
➡️ Please note that failure to attend the second day despite declaring two-day participation as an exhibitor may affect your eligibility to participate in future Polish Card Show events.
